Invisalign treatment offers your patients more comfort. In fact, Invisalign clear aligners are less painful than braces.
Sometimes I need to make updates to my treatment prescriptions. Can the Invisalign system accommodate treatment updates?

Warranty
What should I do if I believe an Invisalign aligner or retainer, or a Vivera retainer is defective and should be replaced under warranty?
If you believe the product should be replaced under warranty, these replacements can be ordered online from the patient’s file:
Aligners: Under the Patient’s file, go to Supplemental order options > Warranty > Aligner has a quality issue.
Retainers: Under the Patient’s file, go to Supplemental order options > Vivera or Invisalign Retainers > Warranty Defect.

In the interim, the doctor may choose to ask the patient to wear the previous set of aligners to maintain teeth position.
